Botanic Gardens Experimenting

Today I went to the Coffs Harbour Botanic Gardens which is one of my favourite places. It’s winter here at the moment so there’s not a lot in full bloom. However I mainly wanted to try out my tripod and experiment with some manual settings on the small waterfall they have there.

These first four images of the waterfall were taken with various settings, I kind of forgot what I had read about aperture priority and shutter priority and think I ended up mixing the two lol they are also different sizes as I cropped out some of the overexposed area.

Clearly I am a very slow work in progress!!

The next three are just down from the waterfall – again more experimenting!

And lastly a few shots of pretty and interesting views..
