Welcome to lissyhunnybee.com

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved taking photos and was often known as the family “shutterbug.” I’ve always been drawn to capturing little moments – whether it’s nature, everyday life, or special memories – and holding onto them in a way that lasts.

I haven’t had any formal training in photography, as life has taken me in many different directions over the years. But my love for it has never really gone away. Whenever I have the time, I still find myself reaching for my camera or phone, wanting to capture something that caught my eye or made me pause for a moment.

This website is simply a space for me to share those moments. It’s a collection of memories, places I’ve been, things I love, and little snapshots of life as I see it. Nothing here is meant to be perfect or professional – just real, personal, and meaningful to me.

I truly hope that as you look through my photos, they bring you a sense of calm, happiness, or even just a moment to slow down and appreciate the simple things.

If you would like to print any of my images, please feel free to contact me for usage permissions.

Thank you so much for visiting – enjoy!

Giinagay!

The Gumbaynggirr people are the traditional custodians of the Coffs Harbour region where all of my currently displayed photos have been taken. I would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land the Gumbaynggirr people, and recognize their long history on this land which they call mother, and the thousands of years of care they have given her. I would like to pay my respects to the Elders past, present and future for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal Australia. We must always remember that this land and her waters are, and always will be, traditional Aboriginal land. Learn more about Gumbaynggirr culture on the Coffs Coast here.
